High Voltage Electrician at ISS Facility Services

ISS Facility Services has an exciting collaboration with a major client in the automotive industry with several sites in Sweden. We now need to hire a High Voltage Electrician for our operations and maintenance assignment with this client in Skövde. About the role

You will become an important and valuable part of a motivated team. In your role, you will, together with your colleagues, work with the daily operations. The tasks include planning and performing maintenance, repairs, assembly, and installations within properties in office and industrial environments.

You will make decisions regarding and perform supervision, maintenance, and corrective maintenance of the customer's electrical installations within the framework of our commitment. The tasks also include troubleshooting and analyzing problems within electrical systems and identifying deficiencies in the labeling of technical systems. You are responsible for ensuring that the property's electrical system meets current functional requirements and contributes to increased customer satisfaction. We see it as natural that you continuously work on improvements and documentation and participate in and carry out various projects for the customer.

The role includes daily communication with colleagues, customers, and suppliers. In addition to technical services, ISS provides several other services to the customer - such as reception and cleaning services, and in your role, you will collaborate with other ISS colleagues on site.

This is a permanent position with an initial 6-month probationary period. Working hours are daytime, Monday to Friday.

Examples of tasks:

• Responsible for and performs electrical new installations, renovations, and maintenance work.
• Responsible for and performs electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
• Ensure that we comply with applicable regulatory requirements for electrical installations, electrical devices, and during electrical work.
• Inspection and testing of power supply.
• Coordination and control of electrical work performed by in-house staff, subcontractors, or side suppliers.
• Quotation for improvements/planned maintenance.

Your background

We are looking for someone with electrical engineering education and extensive experience. You have good theoretical and practical knowledge of technical installations in properties and very good knowledge of electrical documentation. We expect you to have documented training and experience with switchgear. You have an ECY certificate and a B driver's license. It is an advantage if you have: Hot Work, Lift and Forklift certificates, Safe Lifting, High Altitude, Mobile Work Platforms, Facility Manager Sprinkler, ESA, Fire Alarm, and Gas Leak Systems.
